Our history
Chef Berrocal — born in New York in 1964 to a family of Peruvian immigrants — was mentored by his grandmother in the art of cooking. His journey took him to the renowned French Colaneri Institute, The Cordon Bleu, where he graduated in 2009. Now, Chef Berrocal brings his passion and skill to Ocala, sharing a taste of heaven with every bite.
